EU/EEA Refund Rights

For subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area, in accordance with local law, you are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14-day period commences when the subscription starts.

After the 14-day period, generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception in some cases, so get in touch with our customer support.

Refund Process

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will:

  • Refund all payments received from you
  • Process the refund without undue delay
  • Complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice
  • Use the same payment method as your original transaction
  • Charge no fees as a result of the refund

Non-Refundable Services

You cannot cancel an order for delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium if order processing has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that you will thereby lose your right of cancellation. This applies to:

  • Purchases of access to our platform's content creation tools
  • Immediately accessible digital services
  • Customized digital products

Such purchases are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once you have accessed the service.

  • Response time: Within 24 hours on weekdays

Important: CollabHub will not issue refunds by cash under any circumstances. All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
